It’s been 24 hours and I still don’t have my verification email
- Make sure you’re looking at the email address you registered your VRChat account with.
- Many services incorrectly mark emails from VRChat as spam, so please check your spam or junk folder. Please also make sure you aren’t blocking emails from noreply@vrchat.com. You may need to add this address to your contacts.
- If you’re using Hotmail (Outlook or Live) or Yahoo, triple-check your spam folder. You can search for
from:noreply@vrchat.com in:Junk. - Some services thread all of our messages into a single entry. If that happens, open the thread and scroll to the bottom to find the newest one.
- If it’s still not there, resend the email from our website. If you misspelled your email address, you can change it by signing in with your VRChat username.
If you’re confident you entered the correct email address and still aren’t seeing anything from us, your email provider may be discarding our emails.
