If you're running into networking problems, you may want to try forwarding the ports used by VRChat. These are the ports used by VRChat for networking:

  • TCP 80
  • TCP 443
  • UDP 5055
  • UDP 5056
  • UDP 5058
  • UDP 27000-27100
