If you were warned or kicked from a room, this could have come from a user that was moderating the instance, or from the VRChat Trust & Safety Team.
All moderation inquiries regarding a ban must go through the VRChat Ticket System. You'll want to pick the option "Moderation Report/Appeal" and the category "Ban Appeal". If you have been banned, this is the only method available to contact VRChat regarding your ban.
Emails to the Trust & Safety Team may or may not result in a response, depending on the case.
