Moderating Stickers, Prints, and Items

With VRC+, users can upload custom images as banners, stickers, prints, and emojis. Stickers stay on surfaces until removed or the owner leaves, and users are limited to placing one sticker at a time. Prints are floating images; users can make several unique ones per instance.

Items are also part of the inventory system, but unlike stickers and prints, they are pieces of content with functionality. While stickers are static images on world surfaces and prints are floating images, items can create visual effects, generate noise, or perform other functions. Like stickers and prints, items can also be moderated.

 

🖼️ Moderate a Sticker, Print, or Item

Stickers, prints, and items can be selected much in the same way that you can select a user directly.

  • To select content in VR: open your quick menu and point at the content with your other controller and select it.
  • To select content in Desktop: open the Quick Menu and hold down Shift or press the Select User button and move your cursor to select the content.

    • Visibility: Toggles whether or not the selected print is hidden to you.
    • Report Print: Opens the report menu, allowing you to submit a report for content violating VRChat guidelines.

  • StickerMod.png

    • Visibility: Toggles whether or not the selected sticker is hidden to you.
    • Report Sticker: Opens the report menu, allowing you to submit a report for content violating VRChat guidelines.

  • ItemMod.png

    • Visibility: Toggles whether or not the selected item is hidden to you.

 

While a Sticker, Print, or Item is hidden, they still exist in a reduced form. Hidden Prints will be reduced to text stating the author of the Print. Stickers and Items will appear in a transparent form while your Quick Menu is open, but will be completely hidden while your Quick Menu is not open.

    • Prints will appear in text form, even if your menu is closed.

    • A visible sticker and a hidden sticker.
    • Hidden stickers will only appear while the Quick Menu is open!

  • ItemShowHideText.png

    • A visible item and a hidden item.
    • Hidden items will only appear while the Quick Menu is open!

 

🚫 Hide Prints Globally

You can change your settings to restrict your viewing of Prints to only your friends, or hide them entirely. To do so, navigate to your settings menu and find the Prints section in the Comfort & Safety tab.
